Arshdeep Kaur Bhatti, disciple of Dr. Daisy Walia Ji is a young Kathak artist of Jaipur Gharana—with promise to promote kathak, the Indian classical dance form, to the highest extent.
She has been learning kathak for the past 6 years from her gurus, and has performed in New York, Canada, and Kenya. During the lockdown, Arshdeep has recently performed live on on social media for a few different organizations, including @eicd2020, Sarb Akal Music Society of Calgary, and others.
Currently she is a student at Punjabi University Patiala, Punjab and is pursuing her masters in kathak. Arshdeep is also a three-time national level gold medalist.
